It's good, but not as good as some of the others. From work's Saturday's
stats :-

     10502 MAPS+ (JANET)
       618 SBL (Spamhaus.org)
     11527 CBL (cbl.abuseat.org)

Note that rbl-plus gets first chance to reject stuff so it has an unfair
advantage.
