Beats my spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with comcast cause they 
accidently when we merged cable and tv disconected our service and 
removed our account from the cable internet. Cable guy came, sealed wire 
and left. Comcast erased cable modem account and email accounts.

First it took me nearly on the phone 1 hour demanding that they send a 
tech out (it was 5pm saturday holiday weekend) and they told me I was 
out of luck until tuesday. Then after spitting nails they got a tech out.

Come home earlier no web. Reboot cablemodem get comcast page: "Account 
not found"
That was my ranting for saturday...
