Why test them? You run the risk of destroying them if you set the test machine wrong... I think it is fair to list them "as-is" and state that they are new in their boxes, and presumably worked when put away...

Good luck on pricing, I'd suggest selling them in small lots (3-5 tubes in a lot), do not put duplicates in the same lot (make'em buy multiple lots to get all the valuable ones, whatever they are)...
