Well, Coca-Cola registered a trademark for that wavy-thingie underneath
the Coke name. It's nothing more than a shape, and it's called the
"dynamic ribbon device". The shape of the bottle is a trademark too.
There is also a band called Dynamic Ribbon Device, so maybe they didn't
trademark the name.
