[geeks] Good Socket370 heatsink/fans?

I'm having problems that I think are temperature-related with my
newly-built AMD Sempron 2400+ system.  According to the BIOS, at
idle the CPU sits around 50C.  I'm using the factory "retail" heatsink
and fan (with the "thermal pad" instead of thermal paste).

Any recommendations for a good affordable ($20-25) heatsink/fan combo?
I'll probably go with Arctic Silver thermal paste unless something
better has come out in the past 3-4 years.
