Lets you use a PS/2 keyboard, PS/2 mouse, or combination of PS2
keyboard/sun mouse, Sun keyboard/PS2 mouse, etc on a Sun that wants 
Type5 keyboard input.  I've got one on my Ultra 60 and it works great.

This is new old stock (new in box, still sealed, never opened).  
Sun stopped selling this a year and a half ago, and Kinesys (who made 
them for Sun) no longer offers them either, so they're starting to be 
hard to find.
