[geeks] Dumb question - how to send myself a virus signature (to test AV software)?

Hello all,

I'm sitting here at work, trying to send a virus to myself to demonstrate that our anti-virus software is working, and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do it...

Seems to me that an AV software vendor must have some provision to send innocuous email that matches their signature database to test an installation - any pointers?
