[geeks] Cabletron 2100 console port adapter

I'm trying to make a console port adapter for a Cabletron 2100.

The 2100 has an RJ45 jack, and I have the pinout for it.

I have a DB25->RJ45 converter do-it-yourself kit, so I can test pinouts
without too much trouble.

However, I can't seem to make it talk to a terminal at all.

I've tried reversing the assumptions of which pins they call #1, and a
null setup.

No joy.

The 2100 manual lists the pinout, but either its wrong or I'm making
some kind of trivial error I can't think of.
