Yes, we use it at the Unix-AG mail server. It droped _lots_ of spam
since we enabled it with only a small overhead. Especially compared to
spamassassin.

If mail gets lost the MTA that sends the mail is broken. Greylisting
uses valid SMTP protocoll options, nothing bad.
