Why not make them available as bluetooth headsets instead of having to shuffle
my SIM card in and out?
I guess I could still accomplish that end with one of those modules that
turns all my wired analog phones in the house into a bluetooth headset.
There are a couple of manufacturers whose names escape me now but basically
you lay your cellphone next to it when you get home and your wired phones
in the house will ring if a call comes in on your cell. Use them like normal
phones, make or take calls, etc. When you leave the house, take the cell
with you. One number, one service, works transparently. I'd have one if
I still lived alone.
