Some UK sites are starved for bandwidth and do have limits like that.

Of course, it's only the ones I tend to go to the UK to get files from.

That works, and it does appear to be alive.

It is geared to only doing recovery CDs, either single or multi-volume.

It hasn't been updated to handle DVDs yet.
