[geeks] Routing problem: solution in progress

I think I've found a solution for my routing situation.

Hopefully tonight or tomorrow I'll post my solution for a NetBSD router
which is modem WAN connected, and also routing non ISP traffic to
another private LAN for the use of that LAN's faster WAN access.

So far most everything is working out OK.
