I called them up once.  "There's a problem with my shipment.."

they said "Uh oh, what was it?"

I said "WHERE'S MY DUCK?  THERE WASNT A DUCK IN THE BOX!"

They laughed.  THe next day, a FedEx box arrived (overnighted!) with
three ducks in it.

I just took a picture (with my new SLVR phone) of the duck I have here at
the office:
