If we, as the users of sunhelp.org, committed to "wrapping-up" our problems as is done on sunmanagers list, that would be a HUGE first step... The onus is on US, the users, to make it happen.

But, unlike sunamangers, we all enjoy "mixing it up" to work through a problem/question - and by the time that exchange is over, we all are ready to just roll over and (figuratively) light a cigarette and bask in the glow of a job well done...
