My favorite buses from the mid-80's through mid-90s:

NuBus   10 Mhz x 32 bits
NuBus90 20 Mhz x 32 bits

Burst throughput of 40MB/sec, average speeds of 10 to 20MB/sec for regular
NuBus, with 80MB/sec burst and 30MB/sec average speeds for NuBus90, though
what I really liked was the endian-agnostic and in general abstracted and
plug-and-play nature of it's design.

Found in the TI Lisp Machine, TI Explorer, TI S1500, and of course Macs
and NeXT systems.
