[geeks] connecting VT320 to an Ultra 60

I am attempting to connect a VT320 to an Ultra 60.

I am using the 6 pin DEC-423 port on the console and the DB25 Serial A
port on the SUN. The pinouts on the cable are as follows:

DEC MMJ                DB25

DTR          1    ---> 6   DSR
TXD          2    ---> 3   RXD
TXD-/RXD- 3,4 ---> 7   Gnd
RXD          5    ---> 2   TXD
DSR          6   ---> 20  DTR

When I boot up I see nothing on the console.
I believe I have the comm settings correct:
9600,N,8,1

Any suggestions?
