I heard that some democratic bloggers (which could mean anyone that has the ability to create a hosted blog on a service like blogger.com) were theorizing that (evil) Republicans were going to alter votes to favor Democrats and make it look like Democrats altered the results. That way, Republicans could ultimately win the elections...
