I've only gotten one batch of MBs that had "problems" from Supermicro, they included the wrong driver CD-ROM, it didn't have the proper network driver for the motherboard. A call to Supermicro Tech Support got the correct CDs to us very quickly (a couple days) and in the Qty. we needed (10, since we were building 10 machines)...

provantage.com has a good range of their items at decent prices, as does buy.com...
The cases are my absolute favorite of all vendors I've dealt with to date...
