It depends on the KVM. Raritan has a nice table in one of their manuals 
for the Paragon that lists the ones they emulate, but it doesn't list the 
power button. I wonder if the power button on a ps2 keyboard would work 
(I've got one at home that has a power button that "just works" on my 
gaming system.)
