What platform?

I've used it on Solaris and Win, with no problems, once I understood how it works.

To use it to download from Sun, you select the files and click "download with SDM" (or similar). On Windows, you need to "run" the flie it creates, that kick starts SDM.

I just saw the "/tmp? so I assume your on Solaris ;^)

Do you configure the download location BEFORE you let it start downloading? That messed me up for a while...
