Yes, it has.

Imagine one of those new "super soldier" computerized armor suits they
are researching running Vista.

Your unit commander shouts to motivate you: "Get off your ass and
assault that line! Move your ass, maggots!"

Vista voice recognition notes the foul language and shuts down your HUD
with a message saying: "ESRB violation: parental block in effect."
