I think it'll be taking a brief flying lesson through Best Buy's  
window if it doesn't, en Bill? ;o)

Seriously though, I can't see manufacturers implementing any kind of  
lock-in this soon as it would hurt sales for exactly that reason, a  
lot of people don't *want* Vista and will simply cherry pick the  
units that will let you install XP over Vista. It'll happen sooner  
than most vendors want, and be almost across the board, but I can't  
see it for say 6-8 months and the first company to do it will get  
PANNED by the Tech press.
