First, notice I said "tend to", leaving me some wiggle room ;^)

Second, I don't know what specific you are referring to, but I'll take look - 
I suspect the tech was being developed for Server 2003, but was transferred 
to XP and released while Server 2003 was still being "cooked"... I'll take a 
look though.
