I was (am) a candidate for it, but the potential horrible side effects
outweigh the advantages.  Instead, I've lost tons of weight by having
my metabolism speed up (due to better asthma meds and being able to
breathe) and going on a protein-shake diet that gives me ~1200 calories
a day.
