Wow. Those sound awesome. Last year I switched from my stuff from a  
VM, to being hosted on textdrive[0]. The main reason for the switch  
was that I was fed up with my VM provider, TekTonic, and I couldn't  
really find anyone selling what I wanted for a price I could afford.  
Both of those guys sound great, and it's cool that PANIX offers BSD.  
If I ever feel the need for YA host, I'll keep them both in mind.
For the record, my big problems came when TekTonic switched to  
Virtuozzo from UML. I didn't know if it was Virtuozzo's or TekTonic's  
suckiness (or both), but I was never really stable after that. Since  
then, I've been on the lookout for Xen-based hosts, since it seemed  
to offer the best compatibility *and* speed of any VM solution.

[0] textdrive.com. I've been very happy with them, too. What pushed  
me to actually sign up was that Ben Rockwood[1], whose blog I  
regularly read, got hired there :)
