This may not be entirely related, but the "Geniuses" have replaced my 
friend's MacBook Pro's major parts (logic board w/ CPU, screen, etc.) 4 
times now. She has been out of warranty for a while, but she gets 90 
days each time they do something to it.

Apple QC?
