It is very heavily oversubscribed.

Experiment by signing up and then begin uploading a compressed Linux  
ISO image of say 600MB.  Then, copy it to different file names over  
the course of a few days.  By the time you reach 50GB they will have  
used some term in the Terms of Service to kick you out.
