There are all sorts of reasons for picking a location. Delaware and Nevada
are the best states because of their tax structure. New York is the best if
you are involved with finance. Seattle if you are building upon Microsoft.
Philadelphia or Boston if you are in the Pharmaceutical business.

We want to target the "geek" market, so Silly Valley is where we want to
be. Eventually the company will grow to a worldwide business and the
Silly Valley address is a plus.
