WATCH OUT FOR PROPRIETARY PINOUTS ON THE POWER SUPPLIES.

Dell used to change the pinout, but use the same connector, so people had
to buy their replacement power supplies from Dell.  If you used the wrong
PS, or used a dell PS with a standard mobo, you let the smoke out.

PC Power & Cooling even has a line of "dell pinout" PSes.
