I have had very good with the Avocent Autoview switches
http://cgi.ebay.com/AVOCENT-AUTOVIEW-8-PORT-KVM-SWITCH-w-4-Cables-mounts_W0QQitemZ280200071193QQihZ018QQcategoryZ51175QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I'm currently running a 416, which I picked up reasonably cheaply off
ebay.
