Still or motion?  Film or digital?

I'd love a nice one of each.  Am I the only one who keeps finding  
16mm film to be rather tempting?  I could potentially swing the  
camera, but I don't know that I'd be able to afford processing or  
scanning frequently enough to make it a good idea.
