Pretty sure it is dual broadcom Gigabit Ethernet.
I have one of these running Solaris 10 in 64bit mode (except with  
SCSI drive) and it has never given me any burps or bumps.
And it will take larger than 120G drives as well (ATA133 instead of  
ATA100 without LBA48)
