There are some nice MBs that take darn-near any Socket 775 CPU (up to 1066 MHz FSB, IIRC) like the eVGA e-7150 [0] that include HDMI video output and a fairly decent integrated video adapter. The MB is $80 +/-, add CPU, RAM, storage, chassis and stir till properly integrated ;^)
