Why not? It's not like I have anything to loose....

I have a "failing" Harmony remote (dog chomped on it.) It mostly  
works. I can take that and replace the household one.... plus, I can  
program it via USB cable whilst on the road w/ the exact model number  
of TV.

This could be fun...
