Heyas!

I just purchased a quad 2.7Ghz HP DL580 off of e-bay. After playing with
google I found in addition to the integrated ILO it has a remote lights out
card. It also has 4 HDs instead of two, but only one memory riser/expansion
card. I also need to find a power cord for it (local electronics shop or
Fry's should take care of me.)

1) Why would I need a remote lights out card if it has ILO?
2) Will it run with just one memory riser card? (It was guaranteed against
DOA.)
3) It has two dual gigabit ethernet PCI cards (RJ-45.) Anyone want one? I
have no use for the 2nd one.
