Here at $WORK we switched most of our printing/copying/faxing over to
a Ricoh 3245c, and have been fairly happy with it (although we have it
on a lease, service included).
We also have a Ricoh C410dn (a "throw in" with the other machine), but
have barely used it, so I can't really comment on it.

We were happy with our old HP Color LaserJet 4500, and only got rid of
it due to lack of space (and it's age).
