I still love my Extended II + iMate combo, but it has occasional
"glitches", character miss or duplication problems, that can get annoying.
I've not found anything better than the Unicomp USB models.

I have one, I tried it - and my fingers were hurting after about an hour of
use. I'm just too dependent / used to full-travel keys (I learned to type
on a Selectric II). I can "bear with it" when using my MacBook, but just
can't stand the "almost zero throw" keys on the new keyboards.
Even more than choice of text editor, keyboards really are a matter of
preference.
