I believe you are both wrong ... the four US "commonwealth" states are
Kentucky (not one of the "Original 13"), Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and
Virginia.  I thought Rhode Island was one, too, but I looked it up and,
while the state has a weird name, "Commonwealth" isn't part of it.
