It's only one form of anarchism. 

Anarchism is subject to a huge amount of black propaganda from
governments who don't want to lose their jobs. The vast majority of
anarchists are non-violent; the exceptions were usually subjected to
levels of repression unimaginable to those of us who live in so called
"free" societies.

There are numerous examples of anarchism working on a small scale for
limited periods of time.
