My boss's boss, the CIO, rides his bike to work each day. I asked him
about the pannier he uses to carry his lapto-p, and he said it'sd an
Arkel from Canada (attested to by the small Maple Leaf tag sewn into one
seam).

   I believe this Utility Basket (with the optional laptop pouch, which
he said attaches to a metal frame member, so it's good and stable) is
