Thanks for the pointer on DeltaCopy.  With a little fiddling, it seems 
like it will work well for me.

If anyone is trying to schedule jobs with it on Vista, I ran into a 
little gotcha.  When DeltaCopy creates a scheduled task for the backup 
job, it points to: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Synametrics Technologies\DeltaCopy\JOBNAME.dcp

However, the file is not there, it's in:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files 
(x86)\Synametrics Technologies\DeltaCopy\JOBNAME.dcp

I changed the scheduled task to point there instead and things seem to 
be working fine.
