I always have to pimp OnRamp Access in Austin, Texas - all of my stuff
still resides there.  I like them so much that I left my servers there when
I moved 175 miles away to Houston.

They're not the cheapest, but its an outfit that grew from a tiny ISP to
being (IMHO) the best outfit in the central Texas area.
