*64MB* allocated to DOM0 as I'm using NetBSD purely for hosting VM's & 
nothing else :)
seems ok though the poweredge T105 is a single cpu, dual core system, I 
still need to experiment with it a bit more as running a SBS2k3 VM just 
kills the performance of the machine but that's probably cause sexchange 
is running.
