That should be easy.

My Mac Pro is going pretty hard right now and using 228 watts, with an  
8800GT GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 4 hard drives.

Of course, a lot depends on your motherboard, controllers for the  
drives, and how good the power supply is.

I imagine the Mac Pro supply is pretty decent, so don't forget to pick  
out a good one for your server.  It can make a big difference in  
reliability and how much power your machine uses.
