I have the GA-MA78GPM-UD2H

They're good, I prefer their UD (long-life capacitor) motherboards for
24/7 applications, and the motherboard I have has 128MB DDR3 sideport
dedicated video memory as well.

Stock (OEM) cooler should be fine, or something like it.
