[geeks] cron queuedefs nice q

i'm trying to set up an at queue with a nice value higher than 20.  the
problem i'm running up against is that negative increments in the
queuedef don't seem to be accepted.  i can lower the nice value but
numbers outside the range of 0-19 are ignored, or the sign char is.

anyone know a way to define a queue with -higher- than normal priority?
