In some ways the CX-1 from Cray looks more flexible, hardware wise (you
can have a mixture of both graphics capable blades and denser compute
blades, as well as more choice in blade types).
What this gets you is a few more blades (10 slots instead of 8), the low
power choice of the Atom, and SGI is pushing linux, with the nice
ProPack, while Cray is pushing Windows. Still, SGI does offer Windows,
and Cray does offer Linux.
