I checked the only 'sendmail' I have are:

/usr/lib/sendmail (symlink to /usr/sbin/sendmail)
and
/usr/sbin/sendmail which is the postfix sendmail wrapper

rodan:/usr/sbin# dpkg -L postfix | grep sendmail
/usr/share/man/man1/sendmail.1.gz
/usr/sbin/sendmail
/usr/lib/sendmail

Not a huge deal. I don't even think about it since I setup the cronjob :)
