Which is kind of ironic, when one considers the 2000 Presidential
election, in which the Gore campaign's legal team delivered an
inch-thick book of what can only be considered vote fraud instructions
to Democratic counting-room personnel for the recount.  The book
contained detailed instructions on, among other things, how to use
technicalities to selectively disqualify military absentee ballots
(expected to contain Republican votes), while keeping absentee ballots
from Israel (which were ... yup, that's right, expected to contain
Democratic votes).

Go figure.

Personally, I think the Republican and Democrat parties are
self-destructing, and not a minute too soon.
