Amen! My next round of trips is going cost only about $5k more if I 
drive the entire distance of 17,000 miles instead of flying to sixteen 
cities.

They keep saying "Oh, we need you well rested."

At which point my answer has become, "I have to get up at 4:30 am to hit 
the airport by 6am to get a flight to the East Coast and get in by 8pm. 
I then have to be up the next morning, again at 4:30 to be onsite by 
6am. Where am I getting the opportunity to be well rested?"
